In the state of Texas, adults between the ages of 18 and 24 are required to complete a 6 hour adult driver's ed course, take and pass a state written exam, and pass the state driving exam in order to obtain a driver's license.   Below are some resources for Texas adults who are looking to get their driver's license.

If you are between the ages of 18 and 24 and need to take a driver's ed course, click here.  Adults over the age of 24 can also take the course to avoid having to take the written exam in person at the DPS office.
